1: just chilling with your nigga. just vibin, listening to music, making out, etc. just laying down and just hanging out. Getting to know them physically & emotionally.

  * e.g.,  ... friend;' hey what are you doing? you wanna go to a party? 

 [ "Lay up" ]

1: An organized date usually arranged by friends where the sole purpose is sex and/or getting over a failed/bad relationship. Should not be confused with rebound. A lay up may or may not culminate into a meaningful relationship.

1: The opposite of laying down/when you have someone laying on top of you.

1: The act of hooking up with a girl known to be easy, who is also usually somewhat nasty (someone you wouldn't hook up with while sober unless deprived of sleep and masturbation).

1: The Opposite of Laying down, just like how there is sitting down and sitting up, laying down is with your body relaxed, while laying up however has your torso and head up vertically.

  * e.g.,  ... "I Told you not to lay down!"
